Hi Rufet Turkmen. AnthonyAW is a user who creates multiple stubs in many languages without any understanding of the languages - just by copy & paste from other articles. I've deleted hundreds of such stubs in more than 100 languages. If he is doing well here and you are looking after his articles it's ok for me. I've now unblocked him.
